SB722 HFA Rodighiero & Evans 3-05 #1

                Delegate Rodighiero, Walker and Evans moves to amend the H GO AM 2-29 amendment on page 31, Section 4, line 778, following the period by inserting a new subdivision (61) to read as follows:

“(61) The division may issue a special registration plate promoting Autism Research as follows:

(A) Upon appropriate application, the division shall issue to an applicant a registration plate depicting “Support Autism Research” as provided in this subdivision, for a vehicle titled in the name of the applicant.

(B) The division shall charge a special one-time initial application fee of $10 in addition to all other fees required by law. This special fee shall be collected by the division and deposited in the State Road Fund.

(C) The provisions of §17A-3-14(d) of this code are not applicable for the issuance of the license plates designated by this subdivision.”;

And,

Renumbering the following subdivision accordingly.
